About me
Hi,I am Vidya Kishor and I am truly passionate about my work.I use psychotherapeutic techniques specific to each issue of the client. I use Brief therapies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)and techniques of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

You may be depressed or anxious .Your life may take unexpected turns, adding fuel to this you may have turbulent relationship with your partner or your child may have behavioral or academic issues. The colourful future you have dreamt may drift away from your hands. You can see struggles everywhere. My technique CBT enables you to look at the relationships between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and how they interact in the world as an effective way to manage your moods and feel good again. Sessions enable people to look for their hidden strengths and help them build resilience in the face of stress and worry. I use a here-and-now approach though sometimes it is helpful to understand the childhood origins of current problems.
